Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Greater Detroit is stepping up our game to navigate through these critical times for all of our client base. Putting in place disinfecting protocols that meet the EPA and CDCs guidelines to combat COVID-19.
If there is a confirmed or suspected case, protocol changes. If you find yourself in this situation, we have partnered with remediation companies that are certified to address these circumstances.

WAYS YOU CAN HELP PREVENT COVID-19
Observe good infection prevention practices to minimize risk when handling animals
|
Minimize direct or prolonged contact with anyone showing symptoms of illness
|
Wear protective clothing when in contact with sick people
|
Disinfect frequently touched surfaces using a healthcare grade disinfectant
|
Frequently wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use alcohol hand rub
|
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or sleeve when coughing or sneezing

Disclaimers: Customer acknowledges and agrees that the services and all associated responsibilities for this project will be transferred by Winkel and Associates, LLC, dba Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Greater Detroit (Vanguard) to an independently owned and operated Vanguard Cleaning Systems® franchised business (“Franchises”), which will agree to assume them and provide the necessary equipment, crew and cleaning supplies at its expense. The frequency and areas of focus will be determined by you and your appointed facility representative. You will find a description of our process, the necessary steps you as an office need to take to prepare for each sanitization and disinfection.
Disinfectants that will be used are on the EPA’s Registered Antimicrobial Products for Use Against Novel Coronavirus SARs-CoV-2, the Cause of COVID-19 List. Based on what is currently known about the COVID-19 Virus, spread from person-to-person happens most frequently among close contacts (within 6 feet). The scope of this special service is to disinfect hard surfaces. It is beyond the scope of this special service to address airborne virus transmission. This service is supplemental to organizational best demonstrated practices identified by the Centers for Disease for preventing the spread of COVID-19. No guarantees or assurances are being made that this will 100% prevent the spread of any disease or infection. Disinfected hard surfaces can be infected as soon as they are touched after our cleaning has been completed. Customer hereby waives any right to bring any claim, suit or action against Vanguard or Franchisee, and their respective owners, officers, directors, managers or employees (“Vanguard Parties”) arising from the services being provided under this Agreement. Further, Customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the Vanguard Parties, or any of them, harmless from any and all loss, damage, liability or expense, resulting from any claim, suit or action brought by any third parties arising from the services being provided under this Agreement. Customer shall at its sole expense defend any claims, suits or actions, brought against the Vanguard Parties, or any of them, arising from the services being provided under this Agreement, and shall pay all expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, and satisfy all judgments that may be incurred by or rendered against them, or any of them.
